Whole foods with an emphasis on what CAN be eaten, instead of what cannot. I can help you achieve healthy nutrition with the foods that are part of your core values. BUT you’re going to have to eat a veggie or two. The emphasis here? Eat to fuel your body and make that fuel premium unleaded.
