Initial Workout & Journey Setting

Our first meeting will include a functional movement workout. Then together we design your health and fitness journey. Wear comfortable clothing…shoes are optional. (1 hour)

One-on-One Training Session

Strength training and yoga in your home tailored to your needs. Learn how to properly breathe during exercise while you lunge, squat, push, pull and rotate. (1 hour)

A Trip to the Grocery Store

Are you overwhelmed when you shop for “health” foods? Let’s meet at your favorite local grocery store and walk the aisles together. The emphasis will be on selecting whole foods based on your personal taste, preference and lifestyle. Healthy eating does not have to be an “all or nothing” skill. (1-1/2 hours)

  • How to analyze nutrition labels

  • What to consider a "whole food" or "clean" diet

  • Tips for buying affordable quality foods on a budget

  • Healthier alternatives to your "go to" favorites

Beginner Running Program (Online Only)

Programs include weekly running plans along with strength training exercises to be done at home or in the gym on your own. One FaceTime, Skype, Google Hangout or phone call per week plus unlimited email and text support included. Race day support included.

12-week half marathon training program  ($150)

16-week full marathon training program ($200)

Half or Full Marathon Training Program
