Our first meeting will include a fitness assessment and exercise planning tailored to your needs, values and desires. We design your health and fitness journey together. Wear comfortable clothing for stability and mobility movement analysis. (1 hour)

One-on-One Training Session
Strength training in your home tailored to your needs and goals. Learn how to properly breathe during exercises while you lunge, squat, reach, lift, push and pull. Workouts will be low impact, pain free but effective. (1 hour OR 30 minutes)

Value packages allow you to commit to and enjoy your health journey most effectively while also saving you a little bit of money. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or biweekly and will never expire.

Home Exercise Equipment Selection
Need to design your own home exercise gym or set up a small space? I will come to your home and help you lay out the ideal space. With a tailored training plan, you will know what home equipment to shop for OR I will do the shopping for you.

A Trip to the Grocery Store
Have you been told by your doctor you need to get healthy? Are you overwhelmed when you shop for “health” foods? Let’s meet at your favorite local grocery store and walk the aisles together. The emphasis will be on selecting whole foods based on your personal taste, preference and lifestyle. Healthy eating does not have to be an “all or nothing” skill. (1-1/2 hours)

What to consider a "whole food" or "clean" diet
Tips for buying affordable quality foods on a budget
Healthier alternatives to your "go to" favorites
